Membership terms
Version 2026-10-11. The short version: £1.99 a month, cancel any time, and you can have your first payment back within 14 days.
Who we are
Mindfully Divergent is run by NeuroHub Community Ltd (“NeuroHub”, “we”, “us”), an Autistic-led organisation registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at enquiries@neurohubcommunity.org, through neurohubcommunity.org/contact-us, or on WhatsApp. “You” means the person who joins, who must be aged 18 or over.
What is free and what membership adds
The podcast episodes and videos in the library are free for everyone, with no account. Membership adds the courses and the members-only meditations, and keeps track of the sessions you have finished. What is in the members area can change over time as we add, update or retire recordings.
Price and payment
- Membership costs £1.99 a month. Your first payment is taken when you join, then the same day each month until you cancel.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe’s page and they never reach us.
- If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a while and your access carries on meanwhile. If it cannot be taken, the membership ends.
- If we ever change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time: sign in on the members page and choose “Manage or cancel membership”. There is no minimum term. When you cancel, nothing more is taken and your access carries on until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Your 14-day refund
You can have a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 14 days of joining. You don’t need to give a reason. Email enquiries@neurohubcommunity.org or message us on WhatsApp. We refund through Stripe to the card you paid with (it usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days) and the membership ends. Your other legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
Using the recordings
The meditations and courses are for your own personal use. Please don’t copy, share or republish them. All the recordings and words belong to NeuroHub Community Ltd.
Looking after yourself
These meditations support wellbeing. They are not therapy, medical treatment or a crisis service. Go at your own pace, and stop or change anything that doesn’t feel right for you. If you are in crisis in the UK, call 999, or Samaritans free on 116 123 at any time.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code that we email you. We don’t store your email address. You can delete your account from the members page (cancel your membership first). How we handle your information is explained on our privacy page.
If something goes wrong
If the members area is unavailable for a long time, or we close it, we will stop taking payments and refund any month you could not use. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have expected, and nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use the courts there). If you are unhappy, please talk to us first and we will try to put it right.
