About Mindfully Divergent
Most meditation was designed around neurotypical bodies and minds. Mindfully Divergent is different: these meditations are written to be fully accessible for neurodivergent people. There are no breathing exercises you have to follow and no pressure to sit still.
They are written and recorded by David Gray-Hammond, MCMA, a multiply neurodivergent mindfulness teacher with a decade of experience helping Autistic and otherwise neurodivergent people build a positive sense of who they are. Mindfully Divergent is part of NeuroHub Community Ltd.
These meditations are for wellbeing. They are not therapy or medical treatment. If you are in crisis in the UK, call 999 or Samaritans on 116 123 (free, any time).
